Yes its true,

The Patio Pancake Place has no outdoor patio. 

But what we do have is a long tradition of great, hearty food with a fantastic wait staff. 

On September 1st, 2016,

'The Patio' marked its 40th year

of being owned and operated

by the same family. 

Today there are four generations

working side by side to provide you with

the very best in Colorado dining.

Also, the Patio has always been family orientated.

We now have baby changing stations in both Women's and Men's restrooms.... 

So dad, you have no excuse for not

changing little Buster's diaper.

(Sorry about that 'ole chap'.)
